Each of our three studios measures around 42 m² and combines spaciousness with coziness: an open-plan living and sleeping area (double bed and sofa bed), a separate bathroom with toilet, and a sunny balcony with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

PRICES 2026/27

 

€160 - €210 / apartment

  • The prices are per apartment per night, with a basic occupancy of 2 people (max. 4 people).
     

  • The minimum length of stay is 5 nights, shorter stays are possible upon request and subject to availability.
     

  • For each additional person over the age of 14 we charge a surcharge of 25 € per night.
     

  • For small children up to the age of 3, we charge €10 per night (children's cutlery, baby cot, and high chair included upon request).
     

  • For children 4 to 13 years old, we charge €20 per night.
     

  • Final cleaning is included in the price.
     

  • The apartment is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 a.m.
     

  • Pets are not allowed
     

  • Smoking is not permitted
     

  • The prices include all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax (€ 3,00 per person and day from the age of 14).  

Terms of payment and cancellation

A binding booking is accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining payment is to be made 14 days before arrival.

If canceled 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, otherwise it will be retained.

If you cancel less than 14 days or depart early, the total amount will be retained. ​

 

We accept all major credit cards. ​

 

Sh*t happens - that's why we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with the Red Rooster cancellation insurance.
